Tianjiao residential quarter
Tianjiao residential quarter is located in Weifang Economic Development Zone, with urban planning road in the South and Jiqing Expressway in the north. It is developed by Shandong Shidai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and has five floors above the ground, 18 floors above the ground and two floors below the ground. The total building area is Six point one Ten thousand square meters. In 2013, 2 × building won the municipal quality integrity user satisfaction project award, 10 × building and 11 × building won the Weifang excellent project award; in 2014, 7 × building, 8 × building, 9 × building and 12 × building won the Weifang excellent project award, and 10 × building won the Weifang quality integrity and user satisfaction demonstration project award.
